Where do I find the Consent to Terms and Pet Waiver Forms?

The forms are located above the Top Green Banner under ” Terms and Conditions”

What is your check in time and departure time?

Check In is 2p and Check Out is 11a

What if I want to extend my stay?

Check the reservation calendar with Family Time Vacation Rentals,  If the calendar is open for any additional days to be added on to your stay then let us know.  We will collect cash payment from you and block out the additional days or you can book it online as you did for your original reservation request.

What if my Site is a 50 amp and I only need a 30 amp or Visa Versa?

No problem – just ask the Campground Host or Tim for a converter.  We require a $20 deposit and when converter is returned, you will get the deposit back.

Do your Sites have fire pits?

No but we do have a large community fire pit that our guests can enjoy.  We do have some common sense restrictions that are described in the Consent to Terms Form.  We allow propane fires only on the RV Sites so if you have one of those then feel free to bring it with you.

Can I drive my UTV/ATV while inside the Resort Property?

Yes but must be quiet and not exceed 5 miles per hour.

Are there OHV trails nearby?

Yes – Utah is very OHV friendly and so are we!  You can start your exploring adventure directly from your Site.

Do you have any Tent Sites?

No but we do allow Tents on Site area.  We charge $10 per person per day for any additional persons more than the 4 person limit for the RV Site.

Does the Laundry Room and Play Center have any restrictions?

Yes – Children are not allowed in the Laundry Room unless attended by an adult.  Laundry machines are for normal clothing or household items only!  No heavy large blankets/sleeping bags or rugs!  The Play Center does not tolerate foul language or drawings to be written/displayed on the Dry Erase Board.  We love all artists but it must be clean.

Where is nearby fishing and where can I purchase a license?

You can fish at Panguitch Lake, Navajo Lake, Mirror Lake, Duck Creek Reservoir and off the bridge at Mammoth Creek or up stream at The National Forest Camping Area. Licenses are available at Ace hardware in Panguitch, Cedar Mountain Hardware in Duck Creek Village. and maybe the Panguitch Lake Store.
